Please put below code in functions.php
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_states’, ‘aviweb_remove_states’ );

function aviweb_remove_states( $states ) {
unset($states[‘US’][‘AK’]);
unset($states[‘US’][‘HI’]);
return $states;
}
